Since then, we have served the community and surrounding areas with delicious, house-made prepared foods, provisions, a la carte fare, and catering. Your Neighborhood Butcher
Our full-service butcher shop was built and maintained by experienced chefs. Not only do we provide your protein, but we also offer unique ready to cook options, and complimentary compound butters and sauces for finishing. We offer seasonal homemade sausages, a variety of house cured and smoked bacons, and much more.
Whether it be grilling for a group of people or braising short ribs for the first time, our chef minded butchers are here to help.
Join us in the warmer months for one of our whole fish cutting events! We will guide you through selecting meats and seafood, as well as help to navigate through preparation. Don’t see something you are looking for? Ask us and we will get it for you!
